About iTalenters
iTalenters is an IT recruitment agency based in Barcelona. Since 2021 we have helped companies in Spain and across Europe hire tech profiles: software development, data and artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity, SAP and technical leadership.
That is all we do. We don’t cover other sectors or other profiles, and that is why our team understands what you mean the moment you describe a vacancy.
How we work
This is how we handle every vacancy, from the first meeting to the first months after the hire:
Requirements meeting
A meeting with HR, the technical team and the person who will manage the new hire. We leave it knowing what you are looking for and why.
Search
We search our own database and the market, with systems and processes backed by AI from end to end.
Interviews and technical validation
We interview and technically validate every candidate before presenting them to you.
Candidate shortlist
The first ones within 7 days. Out of every 100 candidates we present, 87 go on to interview with you.
Hiring and follow-up
We only get paid if the candidate is hired. After the hire we hold up to four follow-up interviews with the new team member, flag any risk to HR and step in between both sides so the onboarding is controlled and successful. If it still doesn’t work out in the first months, replacement guarantee.
Training
Five months of in-house training
Every one of our IT recruiters goes through five months of in-house training, sharpening both their technology knowledge and their interviewing skills, followed by regular sessions with the technical team.
Artificial Intelligence
Our own AI, end to end
Our systems and processes are backed by artificial intelligence from end to end, built entirely in-house and fully adapted to the iTalenters culture. It lifts the team’s productivity by more than 50% and lets our recruiters focus only on the high-value work: finding and interviewing candidates.
RPO
Full recruitment processes too
Beyond individual hires, we run complete recruitment processes as RPO: we take over your company’s whole hiring process for a period of time by placing an iTalenters recruiter inside your recruitment team.
Who we are
iTalenters was founded in Barcelona in May 2021 by Claudia Perarnau and Patricia Pitarch. Today we are a team of around 35 people: IT recruiters, headhunters and the operations team. You can see who’s who on the team page.

Our office is at Carrer del Comte d’Urgell, 98, 08011 Barcelona. We work with companies all over Spain and Europe, so most of the work happens remotely, but if you are in Barcelona and want to drop by, just let us know.
