I am a Talent Warrior at iTalenters: I talk to candidates, understand what they are looking for and what they do best, and put them in front of the companies that need exactly that. Interviews, follow-up and a clear answer at every step.
I am studying for a degree in Psychology, and it shows: I care about what motivates each person, how they learn and where they perform best. That perspective helps me ask good questions and listen beyond the CV.
