Behind every technical profile there is a person, and that is where my work begins 🚀.

I study psychology and have trained in human resources because I want to understand what drives each person: what motivates them, what they need to take a step and in which environment they will perform and feel at ease. That is the perspective I bring to every interview and every IT recruitment process.

With candidates, that means truly listening before proposing anything, being honest about each opportunity and staying with them throughout the process. With companies, it means understanding the team someone is joining, not just the list of technologies, so that the hire works and lasts.

✨ Years of working with people and teams in demanding environments taught me that a good process shows in the details: clear answers, deadlines that are met and a close, personal approach from start to finish.
