I am a psychologist and I spent years supporting people through difficult stages, first in Colombia and then in Barcelona, and coordinating other professionals doing the same. That is where my way of talking to people comes from: unhurried, attentive and without judgement.

I now bring that experience to tech talent recruitment. When I talk to a candidate I want to understand what moves them, what they have learned along the way and what they need to take the next step; when I talk to a company, what challenge they are facing and what kind of person would make it their own. My job is to turn those two conversations into the same one.

✨ I believe a good hire starts long before the contract is signed: when someone feels heard and chooses with the right information, the project comes out ahead.
