As a Talent Warrior at iTalenters I work across every stage of IT recruitment: candidate sourcing and screening, interviews, pipeline management and the identification of tech profiles that add value to each project.

My background is in HR Operations, administrative management and customer service, and I lived and studied in China for several years. That mix gave me structure, attention to detail and a way of communicating that works in international teams.
