Ricardo Pérez

Talent Warrior

I like to run recruitment processes from start to finish, with no one left waiting for an answer along the way 🚀.

The last processes I ran came with volume and deadlines: screening, calling, interviewing, moving each person to the next stage and keeping them informed until they joined, for a network that was opening new stores and needed full teams by set dates. That is where I learned not to let the pace eat into the attention each candidate deserves.

In IT recruitment the profiles change, the substance does not: understand what the project needs, search and filter with judgement, ask what really matters in the interview and give an answer at every step. I trained as a psychologist, and that helps me read each person’s context, not just their CV.

✨ What I am after is that the person joining and the team receiving them arrive on day one with the same information and the same expectations.
